6. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
7. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a host/hostess or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, inviting personality with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
