• Preparation of AGM, EGM, Board Decision, and so on. in shut coordination with Administrators and/or
• Members for essential approvals/consents.
• Submitting with authorities on adjustments (shares, change of officers, handle, and so on.).
• Liaising with shoppers and U.A.E authorities officers.
• Amendments to M&A and Share Certificates of the Firm.
• To plan and conduct annual basic conferences and extraordinary conferences of members and any particular members.

Job Necessities:

• 4-5 years in an analogous governance position (firm secretary, board advisor, governance supervisor) inside a diversified, massive group of corporations or inside a consulting agency.
