Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage to there rooms.
- Explain resort amenities and services to guests, providing directions or information as required.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging for shuttle services.
- Store luggage for guests as needed and assist with luggage upon check-out.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable.
- Work closely with the front desk to handle guest needs and provide seamless service.
- Assist in various other guest service functions as required.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is beneficial.
