- Prepare itemized checks and handle payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant etiquette and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to remain calm under pressure.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
