Job Responsibilities

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms daily, adhering to Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness.
2. Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean and stocked with amenities.
3. Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
4. Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing their requests and concerns promptly.
5. Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly and report any issues to the maintenance department.
6. Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
7. Adhere to health and safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a high level of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Physical mobility and stamina required, including the ability to lift, push, and pull.
• Basic understanding of English; additional language skills are a plus.
