- Maintain a presentable and welcoming front-of-house area.
- Manage guest flow and waiting lists during busy periods.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, inviting personality, capable of making guests feel at ease.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
