Job Responsibilities
- Procure goods and services for various projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
- Evaluate and manage vendor contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new procurement opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand there procurement needs and specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
