I have 17+ years background in freight-forwarding/logistics, 5 years in Administration, 5 years in Marketing, Food Crew / 1 year as Cashier in a fast food restaurant, to name a few. In other words, I can be very flexible depending on the job assignment given to me.
Handles Customer service department and ensures that all inquiries, concerns and issues are dealt with in a timely manner. This includes regular feedback to customers with regards to the status of their shipments.
In-charge of airfreight import / export operations and transactions including quote provisions, documentation processing, tracking and monitoring etc.
In charge of visa requirements by Japanese expats and other foreign workers. In charge of policy making, issuance and implementation of Disciplinary action to erring employees. Acted also as editor-in-chief for the company's official publication. Handled ISO Documentation and other related functions of the department.
