- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
