Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff in daily operations.
- Ensure all residences are cleaned to the highest standards and in line with Hyatt’s guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of residences for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development for the team.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and managing workloads for the housekeeping team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel quality standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma; further training in hospitality or hotel management is desirable.
