Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and other food preparation areas.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas for all meal periods.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Support the kitchen staff by assisting in food preparation, storage, and waste disposal.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good physical condition to manage manual tasks.
