Job Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Process and distribute documentation with purchase orders, report, document, and track damages and
- discrepancies on orders received.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of all receiving-related activities.
- Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in shipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and handling procedures in the receiving area.
- Assist in the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receiving Agent or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or retail setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
