Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and interact with children in the Kids Club, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan, organize, and lead a variety of entertaining and educational activities for children of different age groups.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Kids Club area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s experiences and any relevant concerns.
- Adhere to Marriott’s policies and procedures regarding child care and safety.
- Be attentive to children’s needs and provide first aid or assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to promote and improve the Kids Club services.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in child care, education, or related field is preferred.
