Job Responsibilities:

- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain records and logs of cleaning schedules, room statuses, and maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order in all areas of the hotel.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
