- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and minibar items.
- Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
