As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our farm. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of our high-quality produce. This includes planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the greenhouse.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining crops
2. Prune and trim plants as needed
3. Ensure proper pest control measures are followed
4. Harvest crops according to specific guidelines
5. Package harvested produce for distribution
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse
7. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
8. Follow all health and safety protocols
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required – we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is an asset
