We are offering visa sponsorship for eligible candidates who wish to work in Canada. As a Farm Worker – Vegetables, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our vegetable farms. Your primary responsibilities will include planting, cultivating, and harvesting various vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and leafy greens. You will also assist with irrigation systems, pest control measures, and general farm maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Planting seeds or transplanting seedlings following specific guidelines
- Monitoring crop growth and performing regular maintenance including pruning, weeding, and thinning
- Harvesting vegetables at the appropriate stage of maturity and ensuring proper handling
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, tillers, and irrigation systems
- Assisting with pest control measures including monitoring for pests and diseases
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and storage areas
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve daily goals
- Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in vegetable farming or a related field is preferred but not required
- A valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship to work in Canada is essential
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in following instructions and procedures accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak farming seasons
