  5. Resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  7. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a high quality of service.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
