Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Advise on financial planning and risk management.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
