6. Handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Processing bills and managing financial transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury or upscale restaurant/hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the UAE.
